Happy one month, Anika!
Time is just flying by. I have one month of maternity leave left and then it's back to work - yikes! Anika - so far you are a wonderful baby just like your sister. You cry when you're hungry or over-tired, but otherwise you are quite content sleeping and hanging out with us. You are very wiggly, though! That's why your nickname in the womb was ninja. You like to sleep on my chest but you also like your swing and bouncer. You like to be swaddled. You love it when I wear you in the moby wrap and always take great naps in it. You eat between 2 and 4 ounces each feeding, which happen every 2-3 hours. You don't spit up like your sister did, which we truly appreciate! With Enora I always had a burp cloth on me or on her, and we had to bring 5 or 6 of them anywhere we went and sometimes that wasn't enough to catch it all. But you spit up so little sometimes we don't even need a burp cloth! Just recently you started sleeping a bit longer at night, at least until the first middle of the night feeding - sometimes you'll sleep for 4 or 5 hours and it is so nice because mommy can actually get some sleep! You're wearing newborn clothes still, though there are a few pajamas that you have grown out of. We love you baby girl #2. Keep growing and being awesome!
