trip to Toronto

Keith, Enora, my parents, Nonna, and I traveled to Toronto this past weekend to visit family, which means this was Enora's first international trip! Who'd have thunk at 6 months she'd already be an international traveler?  Since we drove and she is still a baby we didn't have to get her a passport; we only had to provide her birth certificate at the border.  We had a really great time visiting with our family, and even got to visit the hockey hall of fame!

The building in which the hall of fame is located is really pretty on the outside...

Just ignore the signs!

And on the inside...

This is actually the inside of the building connected to the hall of fame, but still really neat

It had an art exhibit running down the center of the main level: 1,000 anodized aluminum rods representing a wheat field. You were allowed to touch it which was fun!

But on to the hall of fame! We got to...

See memorabilia of some of our favorite players..

Hang out in a locker room..

And of course pose with the Stanley Cup!

Oh.. and I beat Keith 1-0 in a game of bubble hockey!

Next up was a visit with family. We got to see them twice while we were there and also celebrated my Zio's birthday...

My Nonna and her brother

He honored us with some songs on the accordion!

Teaching Enora the chicken dance

happy birthday Zio!

We had a wonderful time and we hope to see everyone again soon!

Of course I have to end this with a few cute shots of Enora..

goofy face!

This is how you sit in a chair, right?

I think she's so cute with her pacifier in her mouth!
